In the heart of Crete, Politakis Olive Mill is a family-owned and operated business with deep roots in tradition and a strong commitment to producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

Our story began in 1950, when Grandfather Konstantinos Politakis established one of the first privately-owned olive mills in the wider region. Since then, three generations of the Politakis family have continued his work, guided by the same core values: respect for the land, a love for olive oil, and a dedication to quality.

Today, the third generation brings specialized knowledge and a fresh perspective, enhancing production with modern methods and innovative practices — always grounded in the experience and wisdom of the past.

Our olive oil is produced from both our own groves and from trusted local farmers with whom we have built long-standing relationships. Every drop reflects the richness of the Cretan soil and the care we invest in every step of the process.
